Located in the picturesque Leutaschtal, embedded in the powerful Karwendel and Wetterstein mountains, lies the 4-star Hotel Karwendel, which is run by a family with a lot of passion and commitment. The employees and team spirit have always played an important role, because this was the only way the hotel was able to develop from its initial 2-star status to a 4-star hotel today. The family is very involved and pays attention to fairness.
Since each family member has their own area of responsibility, there are not – as in many other hotels – several bosses, but only one contact person. Before an employee has to stay longer unplanned, a family member steps in so that you always know exactly when their service will end.
There is a reason why the hotel has had a very good occupancy rate over the years and why the guests keep coming back and why the staff have stayed at the hotel for a very long time.
