The 4-star Hotel Karwendel is located in the picturesque Leutasch Valley, embedded in the powerful Karwendel and Wetterstein mountains. It is run by a family with a lot of passion and commitment. The employees and the team spirit have always played an important role, because this is the only way the hotel has been able to develop from a 2-star hotel to a 4-star hotel today. The family is very involved and pays attention to fairness.
Since each family member has their own area of responsibility, there are not – as in many other hotels – several bosses, but only one contact person. Before an employee has to stay longer than planned, a family member steps in, so that you always know exactly when his or her shift is over.
